Learning Dynamics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Learning Dynamics Music mobile application (the “App”). This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

** The short version: We don't collect, store, or share your personal information. Our App is designed to work without gathering data about you.

We do not collect, store, or process any personal information from users of our App, including:

- Names, email addresses, or contact information
- Location data
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Device identifiers for tracking purposes
- Photos, contacts, or other personal content from your device

The Learning Dynamics Music App:

- Plays audio files that are included with the app download
- Does not access or store files on your device's local storage
- Requires a password for access, which is verified through a secure connection
- Works offline after initial setup

Password Verification: Our App connects to Firebase Remote Config to verify the access password. This connection may automatically process minimal technical information such as your IP address and basic device information (device type, operating system) necessary for the connection to function. This technical data is not stored or used to identify you personally.

App Store Data: The Apple App Store and Google Play Store may automatically collect crash reports and basic usage statistics as part of their standard app distribution services. We do not have access to individual user data from these reports.

Since we don't collect personal information, there is no personal data for us to store or secure. The audio files included with the App are stored locally on your device as part of the app installation.

Our App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The App is designed for use by parents and children as part of our educational reading program.

Our App is available to users worldwide. The minimal technical data processed during password verification is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
